About Gumball Poetry

Present
Gumball Poetry (as a single micro-journal in a capsule machine) was invited to have a permanent home at the fantastic The Stacks Coffeehouse. It is partially submission-based, and partially curated project run by Ben Parzybok. I believe it to be one of the more intimate poetry exchanges a reader can have. Put in a quarter, and a single poem is delivered to you as if by divination. Have a question? Ben's contact info is here levinofearth.com/about or try us through the submission form. We also Instagram @gumballpoetry.

Past

Gumball Poetry was a submission-driven poetry literary journal, published into 'capsule machines' across the U.S. and on the web. The journal ran between 1999 and 2010, garnering press around the world, several grants, and a large community. It was published by Ben Parzybok and Laura Moulton. You can see many incarnations of it at archive.org. eg: October 2007.
